As we continue to adapt to the social changes of 2020, First Financial Security, Inc. will be rescheduling our JumpStart 2021 event as a virtual conference on January 30th, 2021. In light of the turnout and success we had with VC20, we are confident that this event can have the same positive impact on our agents while ensuring their safety at the same time.
Every year, FFS holds several agent events — weekends of training and intense motivation where our agents can get updated on the latest products and policies and hear from their leaders and colleagues on how to build a better business. JumpStart is the first event we hold each year, designed to impart our agents with the motivation necessary to start the year strong.
The theme of JumpStart 2021 is Impact, and after a weekend of invigorating video panels and motivation, 2021 will be the year our agents make the greatest impact on their community and future, whether virtually or in person. Our agents have tackled the months since JS20 with hard work and resilience, and we are looking to reinforce this dedication with an inspiring virtual line-up of field leader and carrier presentations with JS21.
