Dream Destination Conference is FFS’s all-inclusive remote conference that rewards independent agents for their hard work over the year. Taking you to a new paradise every year, we put great care in researching the greatest five-star resorts to provide the best experience for our agents. Past attendees have walked the French Riviera, rolled the dice at Monte Carlo, taken cruises around Alaska and the Caribbean and were some of the first tourists to step foot in Cuba in over 50 years.

LevelUP is our intense two-day training event that’s been proven to take FFS businesses to the next level.
