Trent Asher serves as Executive Vice President of First Financial Security (FFS), bringing extensive technology, operations, and leadership experience to the role. Since joining FFS more than a decade ago, Trent has demonstrated a strong commitment to the company, its employees, and its field leaders while taking on increasing levels of responsibility.
Previously FFS’s Chief Information Officer, Trent led the company’s Technology Department and oversaw the development of tools and applications supporting both the field and corporate headquarters. His background spans programming, technological solutions, corporate IT, and entrepreneurship, giving him a deep understanding of the systems, operations, and people that drive the organization.
As Executive Vice President, Trent oversees FFS’s Operations team, including Sales, Marketing, Agent Services, New Business, and Information Technology. In this expanded leadership role, he is focused on bringing people, technology, and ideas together to strengthen the organization and help the field operate efficiently and grow.

A native of Princeton, Kentucky, Trent came south on a baseball scholarship to Birmingham-Southern College. A few months before earning his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, he was offered an IT position with a company in downtown Atlanta.
Trent and his wife, Neica, live in Cumming, Georgia, and are the parents of two sons, Preston and Parker. Outside of work, Trent enjoys watching and playing sports with his family, golfing, fishing, spending time with neighbors, and relaxing with a movie and dinner.
