First Financial Security is pleased to announce that Vince Rokose has accepted the position of Chief Marketing Officer, effective March 1, 2018. In this role, Vince will lead the FFS Marketing & Communications team.
Vince’s 27-year industry career began shortly after graduating with a degree in accounting and an MBA in finance from Rider University. He began as a financial analyst for Merrill Lynch at its corporate headquarters, where he focused on office performance and profitability. Vince continued to advance within the industry, ultimately reaching the executive level for a number of financial services marketing organizations. What makes Vince a unique fit for the CMO position is his broad industry experience ranging from accounting and operations to business development and field performance.
“I feel like my new role is a custom fit for me based on the various positions I have held over the years,” Vince explained. “I know what it’s like to work in the field but have also worked extensively with the field in a headquarters position. Working with those on the ground is truly what I love to do.”
Over the next few months, Vince and his team will be launching a series of new training and business building opportunities to help our agents become more knowledgeable and achieve their dreams. With this success will come new recognition programs to reward and promote our field leaders.
