The First Financial Security, Inc. headquarters will be moving from Norcross, GA to a new, state-of-the-art facility in Johns Creek, with a focus on improving the Home Office experience for our field agents. Customized to our agents’ needs, the new headquarters offers an immersive experience where agents can see the technology behind our success, recognition of their ongoing achievements and highlights of our company’s history and current initiatives.

FFS has been planning this move with care, ready to expand its headquarters and use every square foot thoughtfully and with style. “In the current climate, we’ve seen others in this industry pull back, but we’re intent on pushing forward,” says Phil Gerlicher, CEO. “FFS has always been at the forefront of innovation in this industry by incorporating state-of-the-art technology and focusing on agent experience; this space is our newest step in ensuring our company is always on the leading edge.” Our new control center – a data hub that gives our IT team real-time data visualizations to proactively improve our systems and ensure our agents have access to the best metrics to run their businesses – will be the cornerstone of our technology suite.

The facility will be home to beautiful meeting spaces, expansive training rooms, and guest suites with full views of the surrounding campus. Agents can proudly host meetings, training sessions and meet with our headquarters staff in an engaging space. Our home office team will be able to more effectively serve our agents and support their businesses. With a record-breaking year in 2019, FFS looks forward to expanding even further in the Johns Creek headquarters in 2020.
