FFS launches each year with our JumpStart event — a weekend of training and intense motivation where our agents can meet with colleagues face-to-face, get updated on the latest products and policies, and have their achievements recognized on stage and in person. It also focuses on developing strong leaders by holding workshops that train agents in business building strategies and sales techniques.
