In March of 2020, First Financial Security® significantly expanded our training system by launching Success Tracks™, an online learning curriculum that streamlines the advancement process and provides agents with a clear track to success. With Success Tracks, our goal has been to eliminate the hard parts of starting a business by providing the information and resources our agents need on a single platform that is available 24/7.
Success Tracks™ launched with five courses: a complete introduction to FFS, a guide to the wide variety of life insurance products and walkthroughs on to how to grow your business, how to build your team and how to get licensed and contracted with our carriers. Now, we have nearly doubled our number of courses by adding the following:
Get Selling: First 90 Days
This is an introduction to insurance products on the market today. After completing this course, agents will have a solid foundation for understanding insurance products as a whole and be prepared to learn about specific carriers’ products more deeply. Our agents will learn how to identify financial goals in order to provide clients with their ideal solutions, with the first step being to understand these solutions inside and out.
Get Building: Cold Market
This course is designed to get agents confidently prospecting in their cold market. After completing this course, agents will have developed an effective elevator pitch and an understanding of how to approach and follow-up with cold market prospects.
Road to RMD: Business Fundamentals
Regional Marketing Director is a major milestone for every FFS agent, and this course helps the agent understand what it means to be an RMD. With growth comes increasing responsibility as agents transition from doing business to leading their teams. Learning the fundamentals of the FFS business structure gives agents what they need to transition well from just doing business to building their business.
Get Selling: The IUL
Our life insurance products are part of our strategy for securing the financial futures of our clients, and one of the most versatile and secure products in the market today is Indexed Universal Life Insurance. This course takes a deep dive into this flagship product, teaching agents how IULs work, who can benefit from them and how to use them to best meet their clients’ needs.
