First Financial Security, Inc is excited to announce that Shea Cadogan has accepted a new role as the Manager of the Agent Services Department. In this role, Shea will be helping the Agent Services Department deliver the best possible help to the agents who contact them.

Three years ago, Shea joined the FFS Team as an Agent Services Representative, and she spent the last year as the Team Lead. Learning our business “from the ground up” has given her a strong foundation and a keen understanding of the important services we provide to our Agents. Shea’s organization, dedication and enthusiasm will serve her well as she takes on this new challenge.
