The new Lead as an RMD course will shift our agents’ perspectives from following successful leaders to leading in their own right.
In this first Lead principle course, we cover how to become an effective leader by focusing on management and business growth. We also get into the details of communicating effectively with a team and managing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly goals.
